A. US Shipping

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days via USPS, depending on product availability.

Most Standard orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the order's ship date. Standard Service is unavailable for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries. Please see Shipping Restrictions below for exceptions. Tracking numbers may not update in real-time. In some cases, tracking numbers will show your package’s status as “Delivered” several hours prior to actual delivery. NotoxMD is not responsible for shipping delays (including holiday-related delays) or loss once a package has left our California warehouse. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.

We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.

Standard US Shipping is US $9.99.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday, in the order that they were received.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) the day before a Federal Holiday in the United States will be fulfilled the following business day.
• NotoxMD ships via USPS and is unable to fulfill orders destined for PO/APO Boxes.
• USPS does not include weekends in their transit time.

• NotoxMD accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
