NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days via New Zealand Post, depending on product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 4-7 business days from the order's ship date. Please see Shipping Restrictions below for exceptions. Tracking numbers may not update in real-time. In some cases, tracking numbers will show your package’s status as “Delivered” several hours prior to actual delivery. NotoxMD is not responsible for shipping delays (including holiday-related delays) or loss once a package has left our Auckland, New Zealand warehouse. All orders will be processed in the order they are received.
We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
Standard North Island, New Zealand Shipping is NZ$9.95 (4 business days).
Standard South Island, New Zealand Shipping is NZ$14.95 (7 business days).
Shipping Restrictions:
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in New Zealand.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (NZST) on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday, in the order that they were received.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (NZST) the day before a Public Holiday in New Zealand will be fulfilled the following business day.
- NotoxMD ships via New Zealand Post and is unable to fulfill orders destined for PO/APO Boxes.
- New Zealand Post does not include weekends in their transit time.
